New Zealand Domestic Shipping

We offer free delivery for all metro and ground-level locations across New Zealand.

  1. Additional freight costs will be charged and invoiced separately for the following: Rural deliveries, island locations such as Waiheke Island, Great Barrier and Stewart Island etc. as well as above-ground floor. Please contact us for a freight quotation.

  2. All goods must be inspected for damage before signing the delivery docket. We cannot make a claim to a carrier on your behalf once the goods have been signed as having been received in 'good order and condition'.

  3. Any damaged goods must be noted on the delivery docket at the time of receipt and all claims must be lodged with us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Photo evidence of product damages is required.

  4. Estimated Delivery Times: When you place your order, we'll give you an idea of when you can expect it to arrive. But please remember, once it's with the delivery company, the timing is out of our hands. Some larger items might need to be delivered by a special furniture carrier.

  5. We are not responsible for any part deliveries or delays in the delivery of goods as a result of events happening outside of our control. However, we will provide tracking details if they are available for the items purchased, and we can help track your order if there are delays.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally and can help with all arrangements. Please contact us for a freight quotation.

Returns

Faulty products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.  

  • Products that may be received damaged due to transport will be repaired or replaced subject to discussion and assessment of the damage. Please notify us of the damages as soon as possible.

  • No returns or refunds are allowed on customised or made-to-order products. No refunds will be made for any freight.

  • No refunds are offered on change-of-mind purchases.

  • All custom orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
